We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't a perfect fit for your game, we offer returns and exchanges on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached; please note that custom-embroidered or bespoke items are final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different pattern.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
